Ethics in HR
“Ethics in HR is responsible for channelizing the human
resources of an organization via a code of ethical and professional standards
to get immaculate solutions to all ethical issues and ensure the ethical
success of the organization”.

The HR department, being one of the most important
departments in an organization, is directly involved in all employee ethical
concerns. It is not only the role of the HR department to engage in business

critical in terms of retaining existing employees and attracting new qualified
